Asked three times for the guy to do a warranty claim. The warranty people told me to have him put in a claim and to specify that he checked for bad wires etc. He wouldn't do it. Not impressed with the customer service.

Courteous, professional service and reasonable wait time. Inspection caught most issues, but they did miss the loose ball joint, passenger side. Also, they quoted for replacing the front brake pads and resurfacing the rotors; the rotors did not have enough material remaining to resurface and required replacement. I do not believe they measured the rotors before generating the quote. My brakes are under a lifetime warranty at a different service provider, and they caught the ball joint issue while replacing the front brake pads and rotors.

I came in to just look at a Suburban model I saw on DanielsLong online similar to one I was getting ready to order through another dealer. Tom Torabueno took time to show and then tell me all about this vehicle on the lot. With no pressure whatsoever, I came to the conclusion that I should buy the one Tom showed me and bought it.

Knowledgeable sales and finance team

They were ready for me as soon as I got there. They took my car in, got the oil change completed in a very short time the shop tech very friendly during the call experience. He was very good at explaining what is entailed in an oil change of a Corvette and talked to me a little bit about the tires and some deals that I was able to take to get the price down. All in all, it was a great experience and you have a great team both on the sales floor and in the service area.

Just went for oil change and tire rotation. Easy in and out.
