Always pleasant on time Listens to me and answers all my questions and concerns I had an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked for quotes on tires which they helped with too

Normally I would give five starts as normally the service is excellent. During this visit, I mentioned the service message for the brakes is on every time I start the engine. They checked the brakes and all was good. Had the front brakes replaced six months ago. I asked about the message and they said they don't know why it is coming on. Not s good answer from a dealer. For now I continue to push dismiss every time I start the engine. Not a good fix

It was ok, but would be better if advisor gave an estimate on how long service might take.

Took my Tahoe in after a trip where it had stalled and acted like it ran out of fuel. They diagonsed it and even compared it to another Tahoe in the shop to see if they both reacted the same under load etc. Chris was great about keeping me informed on the status and getting it in quick for a same day service. (I live over 40 miles each way from the dealership so the shuttle is not an option)

Great deal, best trade in deal. Sales person was very professional. Not a lot of waiting time.
