Me and the wife enjoyed the experience. Daniel Long has a great sales team l, but the salesman Chris is new to sales and needs more training. He didn���t know a lot about the vehicles or the loan rates. He told me I qualified for financing for 0% through GMC and said it qualified for the vehicle we wanted. Then come to find out it wasn���t for the vehicle we wanted. My family needed a bigger vehicle and I explained that to him and told him several times I needed a vehicle with a 3rd row and that���s why I was trading in my truck for an SUV so we all could ride together. He still insisted in myself trying to get into a brand new truck. When that wasn���t fixing the issue when I clearly stated that I wanted an SUV. He also kept referencing his phone for the information on different vehicles or asking other colleague for information. I recommend he does more research on vehicles when selling them. That would show he knows what he is doing and shows he is a competent sales person. The Sales Manager Tavis was excellent and is the one that made the deal for me and my wife to go forward with the purchase. Tavis is clearly experienced and knew what was going on. If Tavis didn���t step in and help with the deal I would of walked away. Tavis and the finance department made the trip worth coming in and getting a new vehicle. I would recommend people to come into Daniel long but wouldn���t recommend them to see Chris till he gets more experience under his belt.
