Anthony is extremely detail oriented and knows how to take care of his customers. He made sure to keep me informed during my last visit to the service department and let me know what else could be done in the future to ensure my truck stays on the road.

the only problem was that the truck I went to see was not actually there, even though the website said it was. It took a week or so for it to finally arrive, and then I had to drive back down to Colorado Springs (I live about an hour away) to pick it up. Then I had to go back down about 2 weeks later to get some lettering applied because it didn't come with the truck when it arrived. SO another hour drive and back for that. other than that, i feel like I got a pretty good deal, and the sales guys were all nice. the only reason I would rate a 9 is that there are 6 Chevy dealers that are closer. I went there solely for that particular truck.

Chris was amazing. I had some special requests with my truck being parked away from other vehicles and he was very nice and was willing to help in anyway. The only reason I gave an 8 and 4 stars is because every time I bring a truck to your shop, they spill DEF fluid on the trucks engine or on the bumper and grille. This time it was on my bumper and grille.

I took in my tahoe for an oil change, tire rotation and a clunking noise from the front of the car. After the oil change was done, the technician found the clunking was coming from. He then ordered the part and told me he would call me when it came in. It also said it was under warranty so it would me nothing.
