While I would highly recommend Chris Barger in the service dept, I'm not at all impressed with the sales dept, and charging $600.00 for a blinking brake light and nitrogen in the tires is the biggest ripoff I have ever encountered, and I've been buying/leasing vehicles for over 45 years!
They gave me a total and then when I picked the car up it was 140.00 dollars more and I asked him about the total looked at the computer and then said I can comp the oil Chang. Changed labor for oil chang and labor for tires rotation never said anything about labor for those two things. Bad experience this time

When I got the car back from an oil change there was leaking from underneath my car. It’s a 2018 camaro and that should not be happening. Also they did not rotate the tires like they were supposed to. I know that for a fact because of a Knick in one of the tires. Called left message they never returned my call. I had to keep calling back. Finally they said we had to have it towed ourselves. Not on your expense like it should of been to a closer dealership to be completed correctly. It was a nightmare I was 3 days without a vehicle. They did not even offer me a loaner car after all this. Worst customer service and maintenance. It was merely and oil change I’m having a hard time understanding. Why did they lie and say they rotating my tires when they didn’t. Anthony Silva did a horrible job and I definitely will make sure he doesn’t get my car ever again

They absolutely LIED to me about certain things and I am STILL waiting for the email From them saying what they supposedly found wrong with my car!! I have an appointment with my regular dealership and after I told them some of the things Daniels Chevrolet told me my regular dealership was laughing hysterically!! I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE!! And I will be reporting them to Chevrolet/GM this week!!
