Went to the dealership about 2 months ago looking at a new Traverse hut explained qouldnt be buying till April. Andy Stumpf was our salesman and completely understood and helped us along in the process respecting our timeline. When time came he helped us purchase and explained everything we needed to know on our new vehicle. Great guy to work with.
My customer service contact was Frank Owens who greeted me thoughtfully when I first went in to schedule some repair work. He was very courteous and professional. He looked at my car carefully and gave me good estimates for the work I was requesting, and suggested some additional work that my care needed at 60,000 miles. He called or texted as needed to let me know that there was a delay in parts arriving - definitely not his fault, but he kept me up to date. My experience was excellent and Mr. Owens was exceptional! you tried to over charge me for installing fuel filter. you thought i was some dumb woman that wouldn't know better. $159.99 for just installing a new fuel filter in addition to $100.00 for the oil change. REALLY?
