I, like many buyers, don't care to be 'jerked around' on price. It's a lot of time and energy to walk away without a car. I stated clearly what I needed to get to in order to purchase a car and they simply couldn't/wouldn't deliver. So I was happy to leave without a car. Having said that, they called and said they would meet my needs and then ceased to follow up and say they couldn't after-all - just silence. So, I just as soon they say 'no' upfront and my time wouldn't have been wasted nor would the sales person's time be wasted on a customer that simply wasn't going to work. I'm ok with walking away without a car, but if you are going to send VIP deals, you should live up to them.
I enjoyed working with Corey Johnson. He did not apply pressure but answered my questions thoroughly and addressed all concerns intelligently. He followed up with me when promised and is very personable. The whole process was very easy and I am happy with my purchase!
Your website stated no appointment needed for an oil change. In and out in 60 mins or less. Got there at 745 was first in line. Frank greeted me and I was told I needed an appointment and I could wait till 3pm to get in. When I told him that was not acceptable he immediately went to the manages office and handed me his card I was not happy. Gerry stepped in. I showed him the website. He did some looking on the computer and told me go get some coffee. My vehicle was ready in 50 mins. If it wasn't for Gerry and his positive customer service you would be loosing a customer. Frank needs to learn how to solve problems and not just hand out his managers business card. Feel free to contact me if necessary.
Went in 7/12 / 17 for oil change and check out CEL. They found oil leak which they fixed. CEL was off but did diagnostics and found only history. CEL came on again7/22/17. Called for an appointment on 7/24/17 but couldn't get in till 7/28/17
