I had a camera system installed and some spots in the paint worked on, spending almost 1300.00 in the service department and despite the fact they had to work on my recently bought 55k truck they did not even wash it, hard to believe a dealer does not have the capability to wash a vehicle that's being worked on, other dealers I have dealt with wash your vehicle even if they are just doing a oil change.
I needed to get a recall repair done, and I was scheduled promptly, taken to work while the repair was done and promptly picked up to retrieve my car. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Well done!!
My service guy is amazing. My car had been acting up and has since I bought it. I called him to let him know it was acting up. Of all days it was snowing out, my daughter just had her wisdom teeth pulled and we were wanting to get home. When we got there Anthony got us all checked in and gave us a courtesy car so we could get home right away. He is alway so helpful and friendly which helps make a service day much more bearable.
You can improve your facility by marking the step into the customer greeting bay--I almost missed it. Also, your magazines in the waiting area are trash--many are missing covers and the one I looked at was 2 years old. Really?
Some of us don't like coffee, so tea or hot chocolate would be a plus.
